Job Description:
Join our team as a Technology Sales Engineer with experience in the Manufacturing Sector.
At MESbook - Real Time Factory Management we are looking for professionals passionate about technology with an outstanding track record in technology sales and knowledge of the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy Development: Design and implement effective commercial strategies to promote products and services in the industrial and technological sector, with a special focus on advanced technological solutions.
- Customer Management: Establish strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and proposing technology solutions that align with their business objectives. Previous experience in technology sales highly valued.
- Business Opportunity Identification: Analyze the industrial and technological market to identify growth opportunities, new partnerships and potential customers. Use technological knowledge to propose innovative solutions.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with technical teams to thoroughly understand products and services, and provide valuable feedback to improve the value proposition. Experience coordinating with development teams and knowledge of emerging technologies.
- Contract Negotiation and Closing: Lead the process of negotiating and closing contracts, ensuring favorable commercial conditions and compliance with sales objectives. Experience in managing technology sales cycles.
- Knowledge of CRM: Efficiently use customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, track and generate performance reports.
Requirements:
- Education: University degree in Engineering in any specialty and/or previous experience in direct sales of SAP, MES...
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of commercial sales experience, with a proven track record in selling technology solutions.
- Technical Knowledge: Understand industrial technologies and technology market trends.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical proposals in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Results Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a results-oriented approach.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage interdepartmental relationships.
