PROJECT: STUDY OF NEW MACHINE LEARNING PROCESSES FOR INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING IN INDUSTRY 4.0
The aim of the project is the development of a complementary subsystem for MESbook, governed by advanced analysis and prediction functionalities and algorithms (Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence techniques) with which to optimise the manufacturing process of parts made using a formulation such as marble, plastic injection, metal, etc., depending more on statistics and information available in the databases and less on intuition based on the experience of the operators, depending more on statistics and information available in databases, and less on intuition based on the experience of the operators, ultimately offering companies in the parts manufacturing sector the possibility of applying "perfect" recipes. The concept of a perfect recipe refers to the combination of materials, machines and people to maximise the manufacturing efficiency of a product.
The project has been co-financed thanks to the financial support of IVACE and the European Union (in the framework of the OP FEDER de la Comunitat Valenciana 2014/2020).

PROJECT: Integration in cyber-physical system of industrial process planning and sequencing module based on artificial intelligence ( File No: TSI-100105-2017-29)
Through the execution of the project, an intelligent Planning and Sequencing module was developed, which is part of the standard MESbook offer. This module consists of a sequencing engine and different interfaces that facilitate the usability of the users, so that they can modify the production planning in real time, adapting it to the day-to-day reality. It also has messaging systems that speed up reaction time and minimise inefficiencies.
